The Exception may not be better: PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS

The following is an opinion meant to provoke thought and not a statement of fact.  Continue at your own risk.

The pursuance of happiness requires a stand on the part of a person to maintain a respect for life and enjoying Liberty.  The interesting fact is that this truth is the part of all individuals’ lives.  In my travels, I have learned that an individual holds these close as a means of survival and a guide for daily thought.  This is where complications arise to clear up why the exception exists.  Where all people are searching for the meaning of life, grasping onto a sense of Freedom and seeking the feeling of happiness, an underlying factor seems to expose the exceptions and a factor that relates to the system of governing under which one lives.

There are systems that acquire resources to be utilized for all citizens, equally.  Some systems use their resources to ensure classes that require a group to make decisions.  The decision makers keep the wealth while others seek to receive their portion.  These are systems that have existed, from, almost the beginning of time.  Some systems were devised to delegate and maintain power and wealth to certain individuals.  Another system which is quite an exception offered Life, Liberty (Freedom) and the Pursuit of Happiness, as the essential factor to living under this system.  And with that as an essential, introduced, to individuals the action of choice.

To be Honest, this is not the direction, nor the point to which a concept of an Exception was supposed to reveal an answer.  The beginning premise was that the Exception of The United States of America, should not be perceived as better, as in exceptional, but as just the exception and only different.  There is a future for a visit to the issue at a later date, at which time there should be pursuance to where the differences occur.
